Maximilian Mendel

Maximilian is responsible for strategic consultancy and residential research in the CEE region. He has led numerous market research and advisory projects for clients across the CEE region, including in countries such as Poland, Romania, Czech Rep., Slovakia and Ukraine. Maximilian has extensive experience in advising developers, banks and funds on residential real estate. Prior to joining REAS, he has gained relevant work experiences in the banking sector, housing and spatial planning. Maximilian is an urban planner graduated in Dortmund, Germany, and at present is a PhD student at the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has been a key speaker at many real estate conferences in Europe, whilst writing numerous real estate related articles in English, Polish and German.
