Complex product and commercialization strategy

The key to project’s success in the competitive market is pursuit, from the earliest stages of the development process, of delivering a product that best suits customers’ expectations and the developer’s business objectives alike.

All elements of the marketing mix – on the one hand, product and price, on the other promotion and sales – should be consistent and systematically managed based on the understanding of target groups and market situation. 

Based upon world-wide standards of marketing and our knowledge of the local residential market we develop product strategies defining a composition of the following elements that is optimal for the specific project:

  • Target groups of maximum potential
  • Product (apartment, building, project) meeting the target group’s expectations of its aesthetics and functionality
  • Brand built based on the properties of the project, location, and developer that best suit the target groups’ values and needs
  • Price acceptable to the customers considering their purchasing power and its relation to the quality, at the same time enabling achievement of the developer’s business objectives
  • Promotion that presents to the customers how the project satisfies their needs and values, implemented by means of communication channels matching their preferences
  • Sales effected by a qualified team who knows the product and is able to build with the clients relations based on trust

On specific stages of developing a strategy and working on its implementation, market studies are being conducted in order to verify the adequacy of the proposed solutions.
