Marketing and sales audit

In the highly competitive market effective sales requires well-considered communication with the market as well as high quality of sales activity. In many investments, sales results can be significantly improved thanks to relatively small changes introduced to marketing communications strategy and a well prepared sales staff and sales office.

REAS implements comprehensive audits of marketing and sales of investment projects which enable to enhance the effectiveness of commercialization process without the need to bear significant costs.

The scope of the audit encompasses the following:

  • Definition of the market position of the project with reference to its competition (also taking into account the Value For Money analysis) 
  • Marketing communication: selection of target groups and statements issued at them; effectiveness of communication channels; quality of promotional materials used.
  • Sales: sales team preparation (knowledge of the product, sales techniques, ability to build relations with the client); marking and preparation of the sales office; materials supporting the sales.
  • The final part of the study features recommendations allowing to optimize marketing and sales operations.
