Katarzyna Kuniewicz is responsible for work of the residential market monitoring team and preparations of reports on developer’s markets of Polish cities. She is an author of reports written for Dom Development, Espais, Pirelli Real Estate, PKO Inwestycje, Polnord, Bouygues Immobiliare, Ronson, Robyg. She is also responsible for REAS co-operation with local government units. She gained experience in the area of co-operation with the public sector as consultant in numerous programs supporting the communes in the years 2000-2005. She took part in the "Creditworthiness Enhancement Program” (editions for Wrocław, Krakow and Gdańsk) organized by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Institutional Development Program, implemented in agreement with the Ministry of Interior and Administration. Participant of scientific conferences and symposia devoted to such topics as local government investment in communes. Between February and June 2006 she was Secretary of the working team appointed by the Minister of Finance to prepare guidelines for the new public finance law. Katarzyna Kuniewicz is currently writing her doctoral thesis in the Public Finance Faculty of the Catholic University of Lublin. Her scientific specialization are public finances and budgeting in the public finance sector
